Located in Hamilton Health Sciences’ St Peter’s Hospital, the Maplewood Café is an extensive renovation to revitalize front and back-of-house areas, untouched since the 1970s. A new servery features custom signage, mosaic wall tile, and solid surfacing. New food prep, dishwashing, and a new Nutrition Kitchen serve the cafe and hospital.
